Construction Work – Construction Of The Orlik 2025 Sports Complex And Construction Of A Skate Park And A Hiding Place Between Chrzanowskiego Daliowa And Goździkowa Streets In Kosakowo. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Orlik 2025 Sports Complex And The Construction Of A Skate Park And A Hiding Place Between Chrzanowskiego, Daliowa And Goździkowa Streets In Kosakowo. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Sports Complex And Other Studies And Documents Based On The Functional And Utility Program And The Employers Guidelines, In Accordance With The Current Legal Status, 2) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Conditioning The Implementation Of Construction Works And Handing Over The Facility For Use And Its Operation, 3) Execution Of Construction Works, Including The Construction Of Facilities, Delivery And Installation Of Devices And Equipment For Facilities, Along With Other Accompanying Works And Obtaining By The Contractor A Permit To Use The Facility And/Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notice Of Completion Of Works, 4) Performing Authors Supervision On The Construction Site During The Implementation Of The Task, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Construction Law. 3. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Design And Construction Of The Following Facilities Included In The Orlik Sports Complex: 1) A Football Pitch With Dimensions Of 30.0 × 62.0 M, Within The Boundaries Of The Investment Plots, With An Artificial Surface (Synthetic Grass), Equipped With Goals, Ball Catches Made Along The Shorter Sides Of The Pitch, 6.0 M High, And The Necessary Sports Equipment, Fenced With A System Fence With A Minimum Height Of 4 Meters; 2) A Multi-Purpose Court Made In Polyurethane Technology, Dimensions 19 M X 32 M, For Playing Basketball And Volleyball, With Complete Equipment, Fenced With A System Fence With A Minimum Height Of 4 Meters; 3) Skate Park, 4) Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities Building - A Place Of Hiding, Containing The Facility Managers Rooms, A Vestibule, Two Changing Rooms With Sanitary Facilities, A Technical Room, A Toilet Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, A Warehouse For Sports And Household Equipment, With Full Connection To The Media And Equipment - Places Of Hiding Adapted To The Technical Possibilities And Parameters Of The Property, As Places Of The So-Called Dual Purpose. As Part Of The Order, A Protective Structure Of The Mu Category (Place Of Hiding) Should Be Designed And Constructed Between Chrzanowskiego, Daliowa And Goździkowa Streets In Kosakowo, Constituting A Dual-Use Facility, In Accordance With The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Population Protection And Civil Defense And Applicable Implementing Acts. 5) Fencing Of The Complex And Barrier Nets As Well As Bicycle Racks (Internal Fence With Entrances And External Fences With An Entrance Gate At Least 4.0 M Wide And A Gate 1.2 M Wide); 6) Bicycle Racks In The Form Of An Inverted U Letter, Enabling Safe Attachment Of At Least Two Bicycles Each; 7) Drainage System For Playing Fields And Associated Facilities; 8) Lighting
