Repair And Maintenance Services Of Medical Equipment – ​​Linear Accelerator Complete Maintenance Service (Model: Clinac Ix). The Subject Of Procurement Is The Service Of Comprehensive Maintenance Of Capital Medical Devices And Equipment Manufactured By Varian Medical Systems Which Are In Use At The Osijek Clinical Hospital Center For A Period Of 3 (Three) Years. The Service Of Complete Maintenance Of Medical Equipment Manufactured By Varian Medical Systems For A Period Of 3 (Three) Years Includes: 1. Preventive Maintenance: • 3 Preventive Services Per Year For The Linear Accelerator Varian Clinac Ix. • Remote Support From The Provider And Varian Medical Systems Is Included In The Service (Smart Connect Installed And Active). • Use Of Varians Remote Smart Connect Services For All Covered Equipment. The Offeror And Varian Medical Systems Will Provide And Maintain Access To The Smart Connect Server For The Duration Of This Agreement. • On-Site Service Support As Needed, Which Includes Travel Expenses, Planned Or Unplanned Expenses By The Tenderers Engineer. • All Spare Parts For The Clinac Ix Linear Accelerator, Including Vacuum Tubes. • Maintenance Of Management Software With Updates. • Measures To Increase Functional Safety. • Checking The Function Of The Entire Equipment. • Checking The Quality Of Work Of The Entire Equipment. • Checking The Safety Parameters Of The Entire Equipment. • Delivery And Installation Of Parts For Regular Maintenance According To The Instructions Of The Equipment Manufacturer. • Rental Of Special Tools And Accessories For Preventive Maintenance. 2. On-Call Services: • Unlimited Number Of Service Interventions. • Fault Diagnosis And Repair Of Equipment According To Factory Instructions And With The Use Of Calibrated Measuring Instruments And Service Accessories Verified By The Equipment Manufacturer. • Adjustment According To Factory Regulations And Specifications. • Response To The Service Intervention Within The Agreed Period, And No Later Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours After The Received Call (Unless The Next Day Is A Saturday, Sunday, Non-Working Day Or Holiday). • Installation Of All Spare Parts, Except For The Installation Of Those Parts That Must Be Installed Exclusively By The Manufacturers Service Personnel In Special Cases. 3. Delivery Of Spare Parts: • Procurement And Delivery Of All Spare Parts Necessary For The Repair Of Devices With Installation. • The Warranty Period For Installed Spare Parts Is Six (6) Months, Starting From The Date Of Installation Of The Spare Part. The User Undertakes To Enable Remote Monitoring Of The Device (Smart Connect Installed And Active) Via An Internet Connection That Meets All Security Standards. The User Undertakes To Maintain The Specified Conditions For The Operation Of The Device (Room Air Conditioning, Air Humidity Regulation, Power Supply). The Offer Does Not Include Third-Party Products Such As Stabilizers, Ups And Consumables. The Offer Does Not Contain Dosimetry Equipment Validation (Iba).
