The Complete Provision Of Ict Management Of The Contracting Authority And The Provision Of Other Services In Connection With The Provision Of Ict Management Includes: 1. Provision Of Services According To Appendix No. 2A Of This Procurement Documentation In The Slas Specified In This Appendix, 2. Provision Of The Helpdesk Service And Its Installation And Migration Or Filling Of Existing Data Of The Configuration Database, Helpdesk Must Meet The Parameters Specified In Appendix No. 2B Of The Procurement Documentation, 3. Permanent Updating Of Operational And Security Documentation And Implementation Of Tools And Methodologies That Support The Ict Management Process Model And Sla Evaluation (Including Provision Of Monthly Transmission Of Sla Performance Measurement Results), 4. Consulting And Project Activities In Connection With Ict Management 5. Cyber Security 6. Microsoft 365 Management Details Of Performance Are Determined By The Clients Terms And Conditions.
