The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit And The Performance Of Authors Supervision For The Task Of Carrying Out The Necessary Construction And Renovation Works In Order To Improve Energy Efficiency, Adapting The Facility To The Applicable Energy Efficiency Regulations, Specified At Least In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location And In The Act Of August 24, 1991 On Fire Protection Together With Implementing Acts To This Act, And To Facilitate Access For People With Special Needs Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs And To Ensure Safety For People Staying In The Building Of Primary School No. 69 In Gdańsk Located At Ul. Zielony Trójkąt 1, In The Młyniska District Of The Gdańsk Agglomeration, On Plot No. 335, District 0058, Owned By The Municipality Of Gdańsk. 3. The Scope Of Design Work Includes All Works And Activities Necessary To Complete The Task, In Particular: 1) Detailed Inventory Of The Building Along With Existing Installations, Greenery And Terrain; 2) Technical Expertise; 3) Mycological Expertise; 4) Chimney Inspection; 5) Technical Expertise On The State Of Fire Protection Along With A Fire Development Scenario; 6) Materials For Obtaining Derogations From Applicable Technical Conditions; 7) Map For Design Purposes; 8) Obtaining Technical Conditions Of Network Operators; 9) Preparation Of The Current Electric Power Balance; 10) Extract And Excerpt From The Land Register; 11) Carrying Out Subsoil Tests Along With Documentation; 12) Construction Design Including Obtaining The Final Building Permit Decision; 13) Executive Design; 14) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 15) Bills Of Quantities; 16) Investor Cost Estimates; 17) Collective Cost Statement; 18) Promotional Materials For The Project; 19) Visual Information On The Facility; 20) Necessary Research, Analysis, Other Design Issues For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Stating:
