The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Conservation, Maintenance And Repair Of The Elements Associated With The Stops Of The Public Transport System Dependent On The Transport Service Of The Government Of La Rioja, As Well As The Supply And Installation Of Said Elements For The Signaling Of New Authorized Stops During The Execution Period Of The Contract. The Contract Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Actions To Guarantee That These Elements Are Maintained In Adequate Conditions Of Safety, Functionality, Accessibility, Cleaning And Conservation, Allowing Their Correct Use By Users Of Public Transport And Contributing To The Quality Of The Service Provided. The Actions Included In The Contract Will Cover Corrective Maintenance Work, Aimed At Repairing Damages Or Flaws Detected, Whether As A Result Of Habitual Use, Weather Conditions Or Acts Of Vandalism. Likewise, The Contract Will Include The Necessary Actions For The Replacement Or Substitution Of Those Elements Or Components That Are Damaged Or Out Of Service, Guaranteeing At All Times Their Correct Integration Into The Set Of Furniture Associated With Public Transport Stops. The Scope Of Action Of The Contract Will Include All Elements Of This Type Located In The Territory Of The Autonomous Community Of La Rioja That Are Under The Ownership Or Management Of The Government Of La Rioja, Without Prejudice To The Modifications That May Occur During The Term Of The Contract As A Consequence Of The Incorporation, Replacement Or Removal Of Elements.
