X-Ray Devices – Supply Of Stationary Digital Skiagraphic X-Ray Equipment For Zzms Operations. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of 3 Stationary Skiagraphic X-Ray Devices With Direct Digitization And A Floor Stand, According To The Technical Specification, Which Is Annex No. 1 Of The Contract, Which Is Annex No. 1 Of This Procurement Documentation. Furthermore, The Contracting Authority Requires The Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Equipment, The Provision Of Service Security And Repairs, Including The Supply Of Spare Parts For A Period Of Min. 24 Months And Free Implementation Of Safety Technical Checks According To Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Devices Or In Vitro Medical Devices, As Amended, Which Are Necessary For The Operation Of This Device. Furthermore, The Execution Of All Prescribed Or Recommended Checks And Revisions, Including The Issuance Of Protocols (Both By The Manufacturer And By The Service Organization Or Legal Regulations), So That The Medical Device Meets The Conditions Specified In Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Devices, Or In Vitro Medical Devices As Amended. If Consumables Are Required For The Performance Of Safety Technical Checks Or Any Other Prescribed Tests, They Are Always Part Of The Performance Of These Checks And Therefore Cannot Be Charged Separately. The Last Safety And Technical Inspections Must Be Carried Out By The Supplier At Least 1 Calendar Month Before The Expiry Of The Warranty Period. Furthermore, The Contracting Authority Requires The Participant To Submit A Draft Service Agreement For Post-Warranty Service For A Period Of 48 Months For All Devices. The Contract Must Contain: - The Price Per Hour Of Technician Work, - The Price Per Btk - Travel Expenses The Location Of The Delivered Equipment Will Be Implemented By The Contracting Authority According To The Project Documentation Created By The Contractor, Always For Individual Performance Locations. Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 Of The Contract – Specifications. The Contracting Authority Requires The Loan Of A Mobile X-Ray To All Operations For The Duration Of The Performance Of The Contract, See The Attachments To This Tender Documentation.
