The Purpose Of The Public Order Is The Continuous Monitoring Of Seismic Phenomena In The Area Of ​​Interest, Which Is The Mining Areas (Dp) Karviná-Doly I, Karviná-Doly Ii And Darkov In The Ostrava-Karvinský District (Okr) In The Locations Of The Contracting Authority Čsa And Darkov Through A Network Of Surface Stations Of The Seismic Polygon And Their Evaluation With The Aim Of Detecting The Current Seismic Activity As Accurately As Possible. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is: 1. Establishment Of A Network Of Surface Seismic Polygon Stations Intended For Continuous (Continuous) Monitoring Of Mine-Induced And Natural Seismicity In The Area Of Interest, 2. Collection (Reception), Processing And Evaluation Of Data Obtained Through The Monitoring Network, 3. Backup And Archiving Of Data Obtained Through The Monitoring Network, Processed Data And Evaluation Results, 4. Provision/Access To The Contracting Authority Upon Its Written Request Of Any Data Obtained, 5. Operation Of The Monitoring Network, 6. Transfer Of All Archives After The Termination Of The Contract.
