Building-Cleaning Services – Provision Of Cleaning And Waste Collection Services In Areas Under The Authority Of Olpa. S.A.. The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Cleaning And Waste Collection Works In The Areas Of Responsibility Of Olpa. S.A.. The Most Specific Object Of The Requests With This Service Agreement Is The Execution Of Cleaning Works In The Terrestrial, Outdoor And Covered Areas Of Responsibility Of The Port Authority Of Patras S.A. In The North And South Ports Of Patras And At The Docks Of Rio, As Well As The Collection From The Waste Collection Points And Their Transport - Disposal In Legally Licensed Areas. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Codes Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts (Cpv: 90911200-8) Entitled Building Cleaning Services And Supplementary (Cpv: 90910000-9). This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections. Offers Are Submitted For All The Services In Question, As They Are Described In Appendix Ii Hereof. The Estimated Value Of The Contract For The Period Of One (1) Year, Amounts To The Amount Of Five Hundred And Forty-Six Thousand Euros (546,000.00€), Excluding Vat Of 24%. The Contractor Undertakes With His Offer That He Has Taken Cognizance Of The Local Conditions And Any Particularities Of The Project, As Well As For The Excellent And Complete Cleaning Of These Areas, As Well As For The Receipt, Transport And Final Disposal Of The Waste, By Having The Staff Provided For By The Present, As Well As The Necessary Mechanical Equipment And Means For The Most Effective Processing Of His Contractual Obligations. The Duration Of The Contract Is Defined For A Period Of One (1) Year From Its Signature And Posting In Kimdis. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendices I And Ii Of This Declaration.
