The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is: Preparation Of Design And Technical Documentation For The Construction Of A New Health Building Within The Čakovec County Hospital. The Service Includes The Preparation Of The Main Project And The Executive Project With All The Necessary Project Maps, Elaborations, Studies, Analyses, Budgets, Cost Sheets And Other Project-Technical Documentation Required For Obtaining A Building Permit, As Well As Providing Professional Support During The Implementation Of The Public Works Procurement Procedure. The Subject Of Procurement Is Carried Out In Two Phases: Phase I - Development Of The Main Project Phase I Includes The Development Of The Main Project With All Associated Project Maps, Studies, Studies, Analyses, Budgets, Cost Lists, Technical Descriptions, Drawings, Tables, Specifications And Other Project-Technical Documentation Required For Obtaining A Building Permit And The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Procedure, In The Scope, Content And Manner Prescribed By The Technical Specifications, Which Form An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation. Phase Ii - Creation Of The Executive Project Phase Ii Includes The Creation Of The Executive Project, Which Elaborates Project Solutions From The Main Project, Including Executive Plans, Details, Schemes, Workshop Plans, Calculations, Tables, Specifications And Other Documentation Necessary For The Execution Of The Works, In The Scope, Content And Manner Prescribed By The Technical Specifications, Which Form An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation. The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Perform All Services That Are The Subject Of This Procurement In Full, Professionally, Conscientiously And In A Timely Manner, In Accordance With The Procurement Documentation And All Its Attachments, Technical Specifications, Instructions For Creating Cost Estimates, Applicable Laws And By-Laws Of The Republic Of Croatia, Technical Regulations, Croatian Or Equivalent Norms, Rules Of The Profession, Special Conditions Of Public Law Bodies And All Other Regulations That Regulate The Design, Construction And Operation Of Buildings For Health Purposes. The Project-Technical Documentation Must Be Prepared At A Level Of Quality And Elaboration That Enables The Immediate Obtaining Of A Construction Permit, The Implementation Of The Public Works Procurement Procedure And The Execution Of The Works, Without The Need For Subsequent Changes Or Additions Resulting From Professional Omissions Or Incompleteness Of The Project Documentation.
