Laundry-Management Services – Washing, Disinfection, Ironing And Sewing Of Soft Hospital Equipment. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes All Activities Of Washing, Drying And Ironing Of Washed Hospital Linen /Operational And General Hospital/ And Official Clothing Of Hospital Employees, Disinfection, Removal Of Permanently Fixed Dirt, Patching, Sewing And Sorting By Clinics /Departments, Units/ Of Hospital Linen, Operating Linen And Clothing, Work And Protective Clothing, Blankets, Curtains And Other Bedding, As Well As Their Packaging In Polyethylene/Nylon/ Envelopes To Preserve The Hygienic Qualities And Reduce The Risks Of Damage, Transportation And Reception/Handover From/To The Relevant Clinic/Department, Unit/ Through A Reception-Handover Protocol. The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of The Following Main Activities: The Performance Of The Services Is Performed Daily During A Six-Day Working Week (From Monday To Saturday Inclusive), As Well As On Holidays, At The Times Determined By The Contracting Authority, According To The Attached Schedule. The Contractor Performs The Services According To The Approved Schedule, With Its Own Materials And Funds. The Schedule Is An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Execution Of The Order Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 12 Of 16.11.2018 On The Health Requirements For Public Laundries And The Organization Of The Prevention And Control Of Infections Related To Medical Care (Hospital Infections), Approved By Ordinance No. H-4 Of 30 March 2026 On The Organization Of The Prevention And Control Of Infections Related To Medical Care. The Execution Of The Activities In The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out With Specialized Washing, Drying And Ironing Machines Designed For Washing Hospital Linen. Chemical Thermodisinfection Should Be Carried Out With Biocidal Preparations For Which A Permit Has Been Issued By The Ministry Of Health In Accordance With The Law On Protection From The Harmful Effects Of Chemical Substances And Mixtures And The Ordinance On The Form And Content Of The Documents Required For Issuing A Permit To Place A Biocide Or A Group Of Biocides On The Market Pursuant To Art. 18 Of The Law On Protection From The Harmful Effects Of Chemical Substances And Mixtures. The Washing And Disinfection Of Hospital Linen Should Be Carried Out Separately From The Washing And Disinfection Of Work Clothes. Washed Linen Should Be Delivered Packaged In Polyethylene / Nylon / Transparent Bags To Protect Against Subsequent Contamination, Sorted By Type (Sheet, Envelope, Cover, Etc.) With Specified Quantities, For Each Clinic And Department Separately. Laundered Work Clothes Should Be Delivered On Disposable Hangers Placed In Polyethylene / Nylon / Transparent Bags. The Transport Of Hospital Underwear And Work Clothes Should Be Carried Out With Cars That Are Used Only For The Transport Of Laundry And Are Disinfected After Each Course. At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Should Submit A Completed Diary Of The Carried Out Disinfection Of The Cars And Provide
