The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department In Janków With A Reduced Carbon Footprint. 4.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 Swz, 2) Transfer Of Equipment Free From Defects, Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Complete And Ready For Operation Of A Medium Rescue, Fire-Fighting, Water And Foam Vehicle With The Meaning Gba 3/16 Built On The Chassis Of A D 4X4 Truck - Hereinafter Referred To As The Vehicle, Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party, Including Equipped With All Operating Fluids And Fuel; 3) Providing The Necessary Technical Description (In Polish), 4) Providing, Along With The Order, The Instructions Required For The Operation Of The Vehicle Chassis, Fire Protection Superstructure And Installed Devices And Equipment In Polish, As Well As A Set Of Documents Necessary For Vehicle Registration, 5) Car Marking In Accordance With Annex No. 1, 6) Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Economic Operation Of The Vehicle (Ecodriving). The Costs Of All Materials Necessary To Conduct The Training Are Borne By The Contractor. 4.3.
