The Tv Truck Must Be Used By The Ordering Party In Connection With Work Within Tv Inspection. The Tenderer Must Provide Training In The Cars Functions To The Employers Employee(S). In Addition, The Ordering Party Requests Options On Two Service Agreements Of The Tv Car And Equipment Valid For 8 Years. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That Delivery Of The Tv Car Takes Place As Soon As Possible, But No Later Than 31 December 2026. The Ordering Party Also Emphasizes An Ergonomic And Appropriate Construction Of The Tv Car. A More Detailed Description Of This Can Be Found In The Tender Conditions Section 7 Regarding Evaluation Of The Tv Car, As Well As Appendix 2, Specification Of Requirements. In Connection With Evaluation, The Tenderer Must Make A Tv Car Available For User Testing. A More Detailed Description Follows From Section 7.3 Of The Tender Conditions On User Testing. The Tendered Contract Includes Two Options For Service Agreement Of Tv Car And Service Agreement Of Equipment For A Period Of 8 Years From Entry Into Force. The Tenderer Must Send Descriptions Of Service Agreements In His Tender. In Appendix 2, Section 2, The Ordering Party Has Described Requirements For Service Agreements, Including Distance Requirements. The Clients Expected Value Of The Contract (Tv Car Incl. Options) Is Calculated At Dkk 3,624,000. The Contract Is Awarded To One Tenderer. The Contract Is Awarded According To The Award Criterion Of The Best Ratio Between Price And Quality. It Is The Tenderers Responsibility At All Times To Familiarize Himself With And Read The Entire Tender Material, Just As The Tenderer Is Encouraged To Ensure That Tenders Are Prepared On The Basis Of The Fully Applicable Tender Material.
