The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Supply (Sale) Of Electricity For Facilities (Energy Consumption Points, Hereinafter Also Ppe) Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including Facilities With A Photovoltaic Installation (Pv Installation) For A Period Of 24 Months No Earlier Than January 1, 2027. The Planned Amount Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Order Is 2,309,640 Kwh, The Planned Amount Of Energy Produced In Renewable Energy Sources And 79,100 Kwh Transferred To The Grid. 2. The Ordering Party Has Ppe With Installed Res Sources, I.E. Photovoltaic Installations (Pv Installations), Micro-Installations And Small Installations - The Information Is Provided In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Conclusion Of Contracts For Ppe With Pv Installations Will Take Place: On The Basis Of Production (Resale) Of Energy Produced In Res And Fed Into The Network, According To The Project Proposed By The Contractor, After Its Provisions Are Approved By The Ordering Party, 3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce To 15% Or Increase To 15% The Basic Amount Of Electricity Specified In Section 4.1. Above. The Value Of The Order Will Be Increased On The Basis Of Option Law. Detailed Information Is Included In The Draft Contract (Annex No. 2 To The Swz, § 1 Section 5).
