In This Procurement Process, The State Of Baden-Württemberg (Ag) Is Looking For A Freight Forwarding Service Provider (An) Who Will Take Over The Storage And Distribution Of Personal Protective Equipment And Medical Devices (Ppe) As Part Of The State Of Baden-Württembergs Emergency Reserve For Future Pandemics. For This Purpose, A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Bidder. The Emergency Reserve Is To Be Built Up In Two Stages. - Stage 1 - Stockpiling Of The Emergency Reserve: The Capacity To Store At Least 710 Euro Pallets Must Be Kept Here. - Stage 2 - Expansion In The Event Of A Pandemic: Here, The Short-Term Increase In Storage Capacity From Stage 1 To Stage 2 To At Least 1,497 Euro Pallets Must Be Ensured Within 14 Calendar Days. By Maintaining Ppe, The Ag Would Like To Ensure The Availability Of Ppe In The Sense Of An Emergency Reserve In The Event Of Future Pandemics. So That The State Of Baden-Württemberg Always Has Immediate Access To Personal Protective Equipment In The Event Of A Pandemic, Ppe Should Be Stocked In Cooperation With The University Clinics Of The State Of Baden-Württemberg (University Clinics). The States Cooperation Clinics Are: - University Hospital Freiburg - University Hospital Heidelberg - University Hospital Tübingen - University Hospital Ulm The Following Ppe Is Kept In The Emergency Reserve: - Ffp2 Masks - Surgical Masks - Protective Gloves (Nitrile) - Protective Gowns - Protective Goggles - Face Shields Through The Cooperation With The University Hospitals, A Rolling System Is Created To Prevent The Expiration Of The Stored Ppe As Far As Possible Possible To Prevent. To This End, The University Hospitals Will Generally Cover Their Ppe Needs From The Physical Emergency Reserve. The Contractors Task Is To Store The Ppe Delivered By The Client Or The University Clinics Or A Third Party Commissioned By Them And To Deliver It To The Specified Address Within The Federal Republic Of Germany Upon Request From The Client Or The University Clinics Or A Third Party Commissioned By Them Within A Period Of Three Calendar Days. The Order Includes Both Storage And Transport Services.
