Project Management Consultancy Services – Isop Expert Agenda Coordinator. The Purpose Of This Procurement Procedure Is In Accordance With § 130 Et Seq. Zzvz Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Supplier, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Negotiation Of A Framework Agreement That Sets The Contractual Conditions For The Fulfillment Of Sub-Contracts For The Continuous Provision Of The Services Of The Coordinator Of Professional Agendas. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Ongoing Provision Of Activities In The Position Of Coordinator Of Professional Agendas, I.E. Provision Of Professional Coordination And Planning Within The Framework Of The Development And Integration Of The Nature Protection Information System (Isop) And Provision Of The Running Of The Project Development Of The National Isop. All Fulfillment Is Primarily Focused On The Implementation, Management And Support Of Development Requirements. For The Purposes Of This Framework Agreement, These Activities Are Divided Into Two Main Categories (Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Services Or Any Of Them Individually As Service): Ongoing Development Support And Coordination (Hereinafter In The Framework Agreement As Development Support Services): This Category Of Services Includes An Operational Agenda Associated With Partial Modifications, Support And Management Of The Ongoing Development Of The System. An Average Time Allocation Of 2 Hours Per Day Is Assumed Here. A) Ongoing Evaluation And Resolution Of Requirements, Reporting Of Incidents (Tickets) Demonstrably Related To Ongoing Development Tasks And System Modifications; B) Operational Coordination Of The Preparation Of Documents For Partial Development Tasks And Daily Supervision Of Their Smooth Progress, Including Emergencies And Control Of Timely Completion And Deployment; C) Ensuring Normal Communication And Operational Coordination Between Interested Experts (Guarantors) On The Side Of The Customer And External Suppliers In Dealing With Ongoing Developments. Solution Of Integrated Development Requirements (Further In The Framework Agreement As Integrated Development Services): This Category Of Services Represents A Comprehensive Analytical, Conceptual And Testing Agenda In The Implementation Of Larger Functional Units And Integrated Development Requirements. An Average Time Allocation Of 6 Hours Per Day Is Assumed Here. A) Overall Professional Coordination Of The Development Project With A Focus On Comprehensive Development Requirements, Including Mapping And Monitoring Of The Interconnection Of Partial Professional Isop Agendas; B) Detailed Analysis Of Integrated Development Needs, Specification Of These Isop Development Requirements For Analysts And Preparation Of Detailed Tender Documents; C) Conceptual Planning Within The Framework Of Project Development (Creating Short-Term/Action, Medium-Term And Long-Term Development Plans) And Participating In Determining Priorities In The Implementation Of Integrated Development Requirements; D) Comprehensive Coordination Of Preparation And Implementation Of Major Developments, Smooth Acceptance Of Delivered Solutions And Detailed Testing Of Adopted Implementations, Including Exact Definition Of Possible Changes And Description Of Detected Errors; E) Presentation And Presentation Of Newly Developed Or Modified Comprehensive Functions Of The System To Material Guarantors And Key Users Of The Customer.
