Life Insurance Services - Group Personal Insurance Contract 2027-2028. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Enter Into A Group Life And Accident Insurance Contract In Order For Máv Szénomluvázci Zrt., As The Contracting Authority, To Create The Conditions For The Life And Accident Insurance Protection Provided By The Collective Agreement (Csz) In Force At All Times. Based On The Insurance Contract, The Insurer Fulfills The Obligation To Reimburse The Life And Accident Insurance Benefits Due To The Companys Employees With The Insurance Service It Provides. Based On § 69 Of The Effective Collective Agreement, In The Event Of The Employees Death Not Caused By An Occupational Accident, The Heir(S) Or The Beneficiary(Ies) Are Entitled To A Huf 750,000 Benefit, Which The Employer Is Also Entitled To Provide Through An Insurance Contract. Pursuant To § 77 Of The Effective Collective Agreement, If The Employee Dies As A Result Of A Work Accident, Becomes Disabled, Suffers Partial Health Damage, Or Becomes Ill And Unable To Earn, The Employer Or His Heir(S) Or His Beneficiary(Ies) - Mt. 166-178. In Addition To The Provisions Of §§ - He Is Obliged To Pay The Following Compensation Amounts, Which The Employer Is Also Entitled To Provide Through An Insurance Contract.
