The Assignment Of The Works Contract With The Object Of Design Services - Technical Project And Details Of Execution, Execution Of Works And Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works, Phases:  Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of Construction Works - D.T.A.C. Including Specialized Projects And The Preparation Of Documentation For Obtaining The Necessary Approvals For Issuing The Building Authorization;  The Technical Execution Project – P.T.+C.S.+D.E.;  Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Organization Of Works - D.T.O.E.;  Technological Projects And Geotechnical Study In Detail;  Technical Assistance During The Execution Of The Works (Including The Determining Phases And Possible Changes Of The Project);  Elaboration Of The Energy Certificate Attached To The Reception Report Upon Completion Of The Works;  Drawing Up A Report At The End Of The Execution Of Permanent Works;  As-Built Project For The Investment Objective: Rehabilitation, Modernization, Expansion And Equipment Of The Onești Municipal Sports Club - Strada Perchiului No. 3, Onești Municipality, Bacău County; This Contract Is A Works Contract, Cpeat Variant. The Duration Of The Contract Is 60 Months (1800 Days) And Includes:  Design: 4 Months (120 Days);  Execution: 20 Months (660 Days);  Guarantee Period For Good Execution Of Works: 36 Months (1080 Days).
