The Contract That Is Intended To Be Processed Is Included Within Article 17 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp Hereinafter), As A Service Contract, Its Object Being The Provision Of The Corpse Transportation Service Of The Judicial Districts Of Almería, Berja, El Ejido And Roquetas De Mar. The List Of Services That Are Included In The Object Of The Contract Is The Following: • Driving The Contract Described Above Has As Its Main Objective To Cover The Needs Of Transporting Corpses And Cadaveric Remains Directly And Without Delay - Within The Territorial Scope Of The Judicial Districts Of Almería, Berja, El Ejido And Roquetas De Mar - Starting The Route From The Institute Of Legal And Forensic Medicine In Almería (Imla) To The Point Of Removal Or Exhumation Of The Corpse And From There To The Facilities Of The Forensic Pathology Service (Hereinafter Spf) Of The Institute Of Legal Medicine And Forensic Sciences Of Almería, For The Practice Of Autopsies, Necropsies And Forensic Investigation Tests Agreed Ex Officio By The Judicial Authority And, Where Appropriate, The Return Of The Same To The Municipality In Which It Was Collected. The Delivery Of The Corpses Or Cadaveric Remains Will Be Carried Out Without Any Delay, With The Winning Company Assuming The Obligation That They Do Not Remain In Facilities Other Than Those Established By The Territorial Delegation Of Regeneration, Justice And Local Administration In Almería. In Cases In Which The Judicial Branch Authorizes The Burial Of The Corpse Or Cadaveric Remains On A Charitable Basis, It Will Include Transportation From The Imlcfal To The Municipality Of The Corresponding Place Based On The Provisions Of Local Regulations. The Response Time Established For The Start Of The Provision Of The Service Will Be Immediate From The Moment The Successful Bidder Receives The Request. • Custody The Company Awarded The Aforementioned Contract Will Be Responsible For The Custody Of The Corpses Or Cadaveric Remains From Collection To Delivery To The Spf. • Introduction Into Chambers Delivery To The Spf Implies The Obligation To Introduce The Corpses Or Cadaveric Remains Into The Cold Chambers Of The City Of Justice Facilities, And The Storage Chamber Number Must Be Communicated To The Administrative Staff Of The Imlcf Through The Form Provided. • Other Obligations In The Case Of Exhumation, In Addition To Transportation, The Provision Of A New Coffin Is Included If Necessary, In This Case One Of The Most Economical On The Market Being Supplied. When Appropriate, The Return To The Place Where It Took Place Will Also Proceed. Transportation Derived From The Exhumation Of Corpses Agreed Upon At The Request Of One Party Is Excluded From The Scope Of Application Of This Contract.
