Food, Beverages, Tobacco And Related Products - Procurement Of Bakery Goods 2026-2027. For Year. Total Quantity: Bread, Other Bakery Products 14,560 Kg, 471,796 Pcs. The Food Products Supplied By The Tenderer Must Comply With The Legislation On The Placing Of Food Products On The Market, As Well As The Requirements Of The Hungarian Food Code. The Bidder May Make A Price Offer Only For Class I Quality Goods, And The Bidder Only Accepts Class I Quality Goods. Settlement (Invoicing) Takes Place On The Basis Of The Types And Quantities Of Food Actually Ordered/Delivered During The Term Of The Contract, Based On The Unit Prices Specified By The Winning Bidder. The Client Is Entitled To Issue Additional Orders For The Products Not Included In The Preliminary Order For The Range Of Products Defined By The Contract. The Supplementary Order Is Placed By 2:00 P.M. On The Working Day Before Delivery. In Case Of Defective Performance - If The Ordered Goods Do Not Arrive Or Are Of Inadequate Quality Due To The Fault Of The Supplier - The Bidder Must Correct The Defect Within Thirty Minutes From The Notification Of The Defect. In The Event Of A Faulty Order - If The Goods Do Not Arrive Due To The Fault Of The Customer - The Bidder Must Fulfill The Order Within One Hour From The Notification Of The Fault. The Bidder Is Obliged To Attach The Product Specification Sheet And Production Sheet Of The Offered Products, Which Contain The Following Ingredients: Saturated Fatty Acid, Fat, Energy-Protein, Carbohydrate, Sugar And Salt Content, Some Allergenic Ingredients. Delivery Conditions: The Bidder Is Obliged To Deliver Only Products That Are Suitable For Immediate Use And Are Considered To Be Fresh And In Perfect Condition In The General Everyday Sense. If The Given Product Is Considered Shelf-Stable (Storable), At The Time Of Delivery, At Least 50% Of The Time Interval Between The Quality Preservation Or Consumption Time Indicated On The Packaging (Or On The Product Label) From The Production Of The Given Product Must Be Available. The Customer Only Accepts Goods That Are Undamaged, Intact, And Packaged To Protect Against Contamination. A Detailed Description And Specification Can Be Found In The Documentation
