Minimum Framework Agreement Value: 1,305,480 Lei; -Crushing Sand Sort 0-4 Mm -3,300 Tons -Screens Sort 4-8 Mm, Sort 8-16 Mm, Sort 16-22.4 Mm, Sort 16-31.5 Mm – 6,740 Tons. The Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 3,263,700 Lei. -Crushing Sand Sort 0-4 Mm -8,250 Tons -Screens Sort 4-8 Mm, Sort 8-16 Mm, Sort 16-22.4 Mm, Sort 16-31.5 Mm – 16,850 Tons. The Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract: 326,370 Lei. -Crushing Sand Sort 0-4 Mm -825 Tons -Screens Sort 4-8 Mm, Sort 8-16 Mm, Sort 16-22.4 Mm, Sort 16-31.5 Mm – 1,685 Tons. The Crushed Quarry Aggregates Will Be Transported By The Supplier To The Production Section Within Drdp-Constanta Located On Highway A2, Km 142+800, Lane 2. The Supplier Will Include The Value Of The Transport In The Value Of The Offer. Frequency And Value Of Contracts To Be Awarded: Minimum 1 Subsequent Contract Per Year. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement As Well As The Estimated Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To A Subsequent Contract Can Be Found As Appendices To The Award Documentation/Specifications. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Modify Subsequent Contracts According To Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016 Amended And Supplemented, Provided That These Changes Do Not Fall Within The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para. (7) Of Law 98/2016, Amended And Supplemented, I.E. Not To Represent Substantial Changes. The Object Of The Changes: 1. Changes To The Delivery Time. 2. Changes In Quantities. 3. Changes Generated By Central/Local Authorities, Required By Various Notices/Agreements/Authorizations. 4. Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors And/Or The Replacement Of The Initial Subcontractors. The Reason For The Changes: - Various Requirements Of The Contracting Authority - If Necessary; - Extending The Delivery Time; - Giving Up And/Or Supplementing Some Quantities Of Products From The Specifications, Without Changing The Value Of The Contract; - Legislative Changes; -Various Requirements Of The Contracting Authority -If Necessary. The Possibility Of Changes: In Order Not To Block The Supply Of Products And The Fulfillment Of The Object Of The Contract. The Proposed Mechanism For Making Possible Changes: According To The Legal Contractual Provisions. Any Change Will Materialize In An Additional Act To The Contract That Will Be Signed By The Supplier And The Purchaser. The Supplier/Developer Notifies When It Finds Inconsistencies/Inconveniences That Could Lead To Delays Or Non-Performance Of Deliveries.
