Vehicles For The Emergency Services – Purchase Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department In Dźwierszno. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive For The Volunteer Fire Department In Dźwierszno, With Technical Parameters And Equipment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Complete, Technically Efficient And Ready-To-Use Vehicle With Firefighting Equipment, Equipment And All Elements Necessary For Its Proper Functioning And Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose By The Volunteer Fire Department. 3. The Delivered Vehicle Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties. The Vehicle Cannot Be The Subject Of Any Security, Pledge, Lease, Rental Or Other Limited Property Rights Or Obligations To Third Parties. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Vehicle In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz, Opz And Applicable Legal Regulations, Having All The Required Documents Enabling Its Registration, Admission To Traffic And Proper Use, In Particular Technical Documentation, Certificates, Operating Manuals And Documents Required By Law. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Vehicle Together With The Fire-Fighting Structure And Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Delivery Will Come From A Legal Source, Will Be Brand New And Will Not Have Been Previously Used, Operated Or Presented As A Demonstration Vehicle. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Required Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Vehicle, Requirements Regarding The Bodywork, Equipment And Other Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In: 1) Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Form Of Technical Parameters Of The Offered Vehicle; 2) Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. 7.
