Subject Of The Order 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of The Laboratory Of Applications Of Artificial Intelligence In Logistics For The Maritime University Of Technology In Szczecin. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As The Packaging, Must Bear The Trademark And Indication Of Origin (Producer). 8) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 9) The Ordering Party Allows That Supplies Or Services May Come From Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union, And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements. 2.
