Request for proposals for Trainer - PV Installation. Closing Date: Thursday, 20. Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Development Semeurs dAvenir (SDA) is contracting a Solar Photovoltaic Installation, and an On-the-Job program Service provider. As part of this initiative, a photovoltaic (PV) solar energy system will be installed at a selected training site. The installation will serve two complementary purposes: improve the sites renewable energy infrastructure; provide real-life practical training for vocational trainees through a structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. How to apply The service provider may be an experienced PV installation company, renewable energy company, electrical contractor, technical training provider, or qualified consortium with demonstrated capacityin both technical installation and practical training. Interested firms and service providers are invited to submit their proposal in English based on the TOR, the proposal should include: Technical Proposal: Company/service provider profile. Description of relevant PV installation experience. List of similar assignments completed, including client, location, scope, and duration. Proposed technical team and CVs. Technical proposal that includes detailed information about theo methodology (installation, training agenda, rotation, supervision etc.)o time lineo deliverable so availability Certificate of business registration, certificate of incorporation, business license (Commercial Circular & Commercial Register) ID of authorized Signatory Certified copy of tax registration (MOF and VAT document if available)Financial Proposal: A detailed financial offer as per RFQ that includes all fees or expenditures in a table, the financialoffer should include the payment methods and all the needed information for payments. The financial offer should clearly describe the disaggregation of the deliverables.
