The Renovation Works Include: - Demolition Works, - Replacement Of Windows And Doors; - Assembly Works, - Heating Installation, - Ventilation Installation, - Installation Of Cold Water, Hot Water, Sanitary Sewage, Central Heating. - Construction Of Electrical And Lighting Installations, - Reconstruction Or Construction Of Internal Gas Installations, In The Residential Premises That Are The Subject Of The Order, Devices Must Be Installed In Accordance With Art. 6B Of The Act Of December 8, 2006 On Financial Support For Certain Housing Projects.2. Moreover, The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Making And Installing, Before The Commencement Of Construction Works, In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, A Steel Stand For A Board Informing About The Financing Of The Project. Boards With Dimensions Of 1800 Mm X 1200 Mm Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. - Organization Of Work Facilities, - Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works, - Costs Of Removal And Storage Of Rubble And Soil In The Landfill, 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 3.1. Bill Of Quantities;3.2. Draft Contract;3.3. Design Documentation;3.4. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;3.5. Documents Listed In Point 3.1. - 3.4. Constitute Attachments To Swz.4. Note - Bills Of Quantities Are Of Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Place Of Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order In Order To Obtain The Necessary Information To Prepare The Offer. The Contractors Claims For Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract Are Excluded. The Contractor Prepares An Offer Based On The Attached Documentation Referred To In Section 3.5. Construction Works Will Be Performed On An Active Facility, Therefore The Offer Price Should Include Possible Costs Related To Appropriate Security Of The Facility And The Construction Site.
