The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Of District Roads In The Form Of A Large Patch: Part No. 1: Road No. 3205G Gurcz - Pastwa - Lipianki, In Accordance With The Offer Presented By The Contractor And With A Scope Consistent With The Bill Of Quantities And Stwior And The Specification Of The Terms Of Order (Swz).1.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Map And Stwior (Together With Bills Of Quantities) Constituting Annexes No. 1 And 2 To The Swz. 2. Names And Codes Of The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 45233140-2- Road Works 3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Devices And Materials Equivalent In Terms Of Quality And Raw Materials Used To Make Them To The Materials And Devices Specified In The Order Documents (Swz With Annexes). 4. If The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Order Documents (Swz With Annexes), The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Directly Or Indirectly Indicating The Goods Or Product Indicated Directly In The Order Documentation - Allows Equivalent Solutions Consistent With The Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documentation. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Documentation.5. Wherever There Are References To Polish Standards In The Procurement Documents (Swz With Annexes), It Is Permissible To Use The Relevant Standards Of European Union Countries, To The Extent Adopted By Polish Legislation.6. Wherever The Order Documents (Swz With Attachments) Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In The Description Of The Materials Or Devices Used, It Is Assumed That Equivalent Materials Or Devices May Be Used. The Indication Of A Trademark, Patent Or Origin Is Only Illustrative And Is Used To Determine The Quality And Class Standards Required For The Materials Or Devices Used. Where The Referenced Standards And Regulations Are National Or Refer To A Specific Country Or Region, Other Appropriate Standards Ensuring An Equal Or Higher Level Of Performance Than The Referenced Standards Or Regulations May Also Be Applied.
