1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: By Bicycle Around The Flooded Bibiela Mine - Pasieki. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project, It Is Assumed That The Area Will Be Developed On Part Of The Plot No. 200 Of The Established Nature And Landscape Complex Pasieki. The Investment Includes A Number Of Activities Aimed At Improving The Safety And Comfort Of Tourists Visiting The Mine Ruins And The Complex Of Forest Ponds. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Included In The Design Documentation For The Development Of The Apiary Area, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works - The Scope Of Works Should Be Performed Based On The Prepared Design Documentation. Ii. The Order Also Requires: 1) Preparation Of As-Built, Construction And Surveying Documentation As Well As An As-Built Cost Estimate In 2 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version; 2) After Completing The Investment, Tidy Up The Construction Site And Adjacent Areas Used For Construction Purposes.2. If The Procurement Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Sources Or Specific Processes Characterizing Products, Materials, Solutions Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Manufacturer, Or Standards, As Well As Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, They Should Be Treated As Examples, While The Ordering Party Allows Offering Materials Or Equivalent Solutions. Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required Are Considered Equivalent, And If Minimum Parameters Have Not Been Specified, It Should Be Understood As Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Similar Parameters, Suitable For The Required Application, Including In Terms Of Identity Of Function, Type And Quality Of Materials And Technical Data.
