Cleaning And Maintaining Cleanliness In The City Of Wąbrzeźno In The Years 2026-2027. This Task Includes: 1) Ongoing Cleanliness Of Streets, Sidewalks, Pedestrian Roads, Parking Lots, Openwork Parking Spaces, Squares, Bicycle Paths And Access Roads To Them, Public Transport Stops By Mechanical Or Manual Sweeping; 2) Mowing The Grass Adjacent To The Maintained Road, To The Property Boundaries And Collecting The Mowed Grass Grass In Accordance With Annex No. 1 Of The Schedule. Max. Grass Height Up To 10 Cm. During Drought Periods, Cutting Off The Regrowth Of Other Plants Protruding Above The Height Of The Grass; 3) Transporting The Collected Waste To The Municipal Waste Management Installation; 4) Cleaning The Roads, Sidewalks, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths, Parking Lots, Squares And Public Transport Stops As Well As Stormwater Drainage Grates In The Streets From Weeds, With The Possibility Of Using Chemicals Once A Month; 5) Cleaning The Road Surfaces, Sidewalks From Leaves, Snow, Ice And Mud, Squares, Parking Lots And Bicycle Paths, Public Transport Stops And Stormwater Drainage Grates In The Streets, As Well As The Removal Of Pollutants Resulting From Winter Maintenance (Sand And Other Agents Used Against Black Ice);6) Combating Black Ice, Which Means In Particular The Freezing Of A Thin Layer Of Water, The So-Called Freezing Of Raindrops And Drizzle On The Surface Of The Cooled Road To A Temperature Lower Or Slightly Higher Than 0O C;7) Removal Of Snow Lying In Parking Lots And Roadsides, If Its Amount Will Disrupt The Flow Of Traffic In Both Directions And Make It Impossible To Park Cars;8) In The Case Of Snow Removal, The Contractor Will Provide Specialized Marking (Barriers, Cones, Etc.) For The Safety Of Traffic Users;9) Ensuring Additional Cleaning And Mowing In The City Before The Celebrations And Holidays In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instruction, About Which The Contractor Will Be Notified By The Ordering Party 7 Days Before The Planned Celebrations And Holidays (Max. Up To 7 Times A Year);10) Submission By The Contractor, Every Day By 8:00 A.M., Of A Detailed Written Report On The Equipment And People Involved With The Scope Of Tasks To Be Performed On A Given Day, 11) Preparation Of A Sand And Salt Mixture In The Presence Of The Ordering Party. It Is Possible To Temporarily Exclude Some Road Sections From The Execution Of The Order In Connection With Investments: A) An Investment Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Section Of Przejazdowa Street (183 M), Projected Completion Of Works - In December 2026; B) An Investment Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Section Of Ul. Gwiazdacka - Forecasted Completion Of Works In December 2026 And Others That Will Be Disabled Until The Works Are Completed. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 4 To The Swz Entitled: Contract Template.
