1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Purchase Of Diesel Oil For Motor Vehicles And Equipment Used By The Municipal Services Plant In Śliwice Within A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 2. Successive Purchase Of Fuel For Motor Vehicles And Equipment Used By The Ordering Party, Carried Out In The Form Of Cashless Refueling At The Contractors Gas Stations, Open From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. On All Days Of The Year, Where There Are Technical Conditions For Refueling All The Ordering Partys Cars.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Summer/Winter Diesel - 32,000 Liters.4. The Given Amounts Of Diesel Oil Are Estimates Used To Calculate The Offer Price. The Final Amount Of Fuel Purchased Will Result From The Execution Of The Order Until The End Of The Contract Period, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. An Order Not Fully Completed By The Ordering Party Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Financial Claims.5. The Offered Products Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws, Item 1018, As Amended). And The Requirements Specified By Polish Standards.6. The Contractor Must Have A Fuel Station That Meets The Requirements Set Out In The Regulations For Fuel Stations, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 24, 2023 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Liquid Gas Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location (Journal Of Laws, Item 1707).7. The Fuel Must Be Of The 1St Grade And Have Valid Certificates And Quality Certificates.8. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Quality Of Purchased Fuels In Accordance With Generally Applicable Regulations. In The Event Of A Complaint, The Contractor, At Its Own Expense, Will Secure Both A Sample Of Fuel Delivered To The Ordering Party And A Sample Of Fuel From Its Own Tanks From The Delivery Whose Quality Was Questioned By The Ordering Party.9. Due To The Type Of Motor Vehicles And Equipment Owned By The Ordering Party, The Distance Of The Contractors Gas Station, Where They Will Be Refueled, Cannot Be Greater Than 18 Km From The Ordering Partys Seat.10. The Ordered Fuel Will Be Collected By The Ordering Partys Employees For The Equipment Indicated In The List Provided To The Contractor After Signing The Contract, Successively According To Needs, At The Contractors Gas Station For A Price Calculated In Accordance With The Concluded Contract.11. The Price Submitted For The Offer Should Be Calculated In Accordance With The Description Of The Price Calculation Method Contained In Chapter Xvi Of This Swz.12. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: 1) Refuel Vehicles And Equipment Used By The Ordering Party, 2) Refuel Canisters Used To Transport Fuel At The Contrac
