The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Reconstruction Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant In Ciasna, Together With All Formal And Legal Arrangements And Permits Allowing For The Conduct Of A Public Procurement In Accordance With The Applicable Public Procurement Law, And Then The Commencement Of Works And Putting Into Operation A Fully Operational Treatment Plant. The Order Consists Of Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Employers Guidelines, Along With Obtaining All Construction Permits And All Other Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Complete The Investment Task To The Extent Enabling Obtaining, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Permission For Their Use, 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure Based On The Design Documentation Performed By The Contractor, Together With Services That Are Not Construction Works And Ensuring Authors Supervision Over The Developed Design Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Data Necessary To Prepare The Documentation Are Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And Technological Calculations For The Current And Target Period For The Sewage Treatment Plant In Ciasna, General Technical Requirements For The Modernization Of The Automation System Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Ciasna, Constituting An Annex To This Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz).
