1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Unloading, Bringing In And Installation Of Equipment For A Nursery Facility.2) Part 1 (Task No. 1) - Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For Three Childrens Rooms And A Locker Room For Children.3) The Products Being The Subject Of The Order Must Be: A) Brand New, B) Free From Physical And Legal Defects, C) Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Factory Packaging, D) Delivered Together With A Set Of Required Documentation For The User In Paper Or Electronic, E) Nursery Furniture Must Comply With The Relevant Standards And Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions For Nursery Facilities Caring For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age And Meet The Requirements Of Eu Directives. 4) The Submission Of The Offer Must Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit. 5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Annex No. 1A - List Of Equipment Included In Part 1 Of The Delivery.
