The Documentation Must Meet Current Technical And Construction Requirements And Guidelines For Protective Structures And Places Of Emergency Shelter (Including Fire And Sanitary Protection Requirements). The Scope Of The Design Study In Particular Includes:1. Pre-Design Materials: - Inventory Of The Building To The Extent Necessary To Prepare Documentation, - Map For Design Purposes (If Necessary), - Preparation Of An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition Of The Facility, Including A Detailed Assessment Of The Load-Bearing Capacity Of Foundations And Basement Ceilings And Other Structural Elements To The Extent Necessary To Prepare The Documentation In Question, 2. Construction Project: A. Land Development Design (If Interference With External Areas Is Planned) B. Architectural And Construction Design. Technical Design In The Scope Of: - Architecture, - Structure, - Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, - Sanitary Installations, - Interior Furnishings - Arrangement Of Lying/Sitting Places, Ensuring The Required Space Per Person, 3. Arrangements With The Above-Mentioned Appraisers. Projects To The Necessary Extent (If Necessary),4. Updated Fire Safety Instructions For The Entire Facility: Must Include Guidelines For Evacuation To Mds,5. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works,6. Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection (Bioz),7. Bill Of Quantities And Investors Cost Estimate,8. Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Permits,9. Transfer Of Authors Property Rights And Provision Of Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Investment Implementation Period.
