Commencement of Implementation: Starting from the day following the date of notification of the commencement order (each item separately). A late penalty of 0.001 (one per thousand) per day of delay will be imposed ( each item separately). The bidder remains bound by their offer for 90 days from the date of bid opening, and the selected contractor remains bound by their offer for 180 days from the day following the date of notification of the contract award (each item separately).
