Summary:Through This Request For Proposals (“Rfp”), The City Of Merritt (The “City”) Invites Proposals From Experienced Civil Contracting Firms, To Perform Construction Services For The City’S Proposed Compost Site Access Road Project (The ‘Project’), Which Focuses On Upgrading The Existing Access Road To The Compost Site. The Project Is Within The City Of Merritt And Will Upgrade The Existing Gravel Access Road By Maintaining A Minimum 4M Width, Adding A Ditch Network, And Improving Access Grades Throughout.
