The Subject Of The Order Also Provides For The Delivery Of Bio Fresh Cows Milk With 3.6% Fat Content As Well As Bio Cows Yogurt With 2% Fat Content. Organic Products Must Have Been Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 On Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products. The Type And Quantity Of The Food Products Are Indicated In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of The Documentation Attached To The Order. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Approximate. The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Supply Of Food Products According To The Arising Need Of The Relevant Municipal Structures. The Indicated Estimated Quantity Is Indicative, And The Deliveries Will Be Carried Out According To The Specific Needs Of The Above-Mentioned Units Of The Municipality Of Smyadovo. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Specified Quantity Of Goods By Type And/Or Number, Without Any Adverse Consequences Arising From This.
