The Aim Of This Tender Is To Select A Strategic Contractual Partner (Single Source) Who Will Ensure The Long-Term Availability Of The Eurobalise As Well As Technical Support Over The Entire Product Life Cycle For Etcs Levels 1 And 2. The Order Includes A Framework Contract For The Delivery Of Hardware As Well As A Service And Support Contract. Hardware Supply Of Eurobalises For Etcs Levels 1 And 2 Including Fastening Material, Track Connections, Balise Deactivation Devices As Well As Programming And Testing Equipment. The Framework Contract Is Concluded For A Fixed Period Of Ten Years And Can Then Be Extended Three Times By The Client For Five Years Each (Maximum Total Term Of 25 Years). Engineering And Services Provision Of The Necessary Programming And Testing Applications As Well As Implementation Of Programming And Testing Services Before Commissioning And On Site.
