The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance And Repair Services For Sanitary Installations: Water, Sewage And Central Heating, As Well As Providing The Necessary Materials And Spare Parts To Perform These Services, In The Facility Of The Ministry Of State Assets At Ul. Krucza 36/ Wspólna 6 In Warsaw. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ At Least Half-Time Persons Under An Employment Contract Who Will Perform Activities Related To Work As Plumbing Maintenance Workers In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Detailed Provisions Can Be Found In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, Has Insurance For Business Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order In An Amount Not Lower Than The Value Of The Submitted Offer For The Entire Duration Of The Contract - In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 4 Of The Ppu. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For A Mandatory On-Site Visit To The Ordering Partys Premises, Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, As A Requirement For Submitting An Offer. An On-Site Visit For Contractors Who Report The Need For A Visit Will Be Carried Out At The Headquarters Of The Ministry Of State Assets In Warsaw, Ul. Krucza 36/ Wspólna 6 (Entrance From Wspólna Street) On The Date Specified By The Ordering Party. Applications For An On-Site Visit Should Be Submitted Via The E-Procurement Platform By August 18, 1:00 P.M. Later Applications Will Not Be Taken Into Account. The On-Site Visit Will Enable The Contractors To View The Area, Devices And Installations Covered By The Order In Question. During The Site Visit, Contractors Will Receive Confirmation Of Its Completion In The Form Of A Protocol Containing An Obligation Not To Disclose Information Obtained In Connection With The Proceedings. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractors Submit An Application For An On-Site Visit Via The E-Procurement/Communication Platform With A List Of Persons Who Will Participate In The On-Site Visit. The List Should Include The Name Of The Company And The Name And Surname Of The Person(S) Participating In The On-Site Visit. Persons Entering The Premises Of The Ministry Of State Assets Must Have A Document In Order To Verify Data By The Facilitys Security. The Ordering Party Does Not Make Any Reservations Regarding The Contractors Obligation To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order. A Contractor Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure, Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Execution Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Subcontractors Companies, If This Is Known At The Stage Of Submitting Offers.
