1. The Subject Of The Order Are Stove Works In Premises Managed By Kzgm In Katowice, Which Include The Construction And Reconstruction Of Stoves And Kitchen Cores, Demolition Of Stoves, Construction Of Foundations For Stoves, Replenishing Plasters And Floors, And Wiping Plasters.2. The Order Is Divided Into Two Parts: 1) Part 1 Covers Exhaust Works In Premises Managed By Building Operations Departments 1, 2 And 3 (Eb-1, Eb-2, Eb-3). 3. Dune Works, For Each Part, Will Be Carried Out In The Following Quantities: 1) Construction Of A Solid-Fire Ceramic Stove Type A-1 With A Volume Of 1.0 M3 - 1 Piece. 2) Construction Of A Room Furnace In A Frame With A Volume Of 0.50 M3 - 1 Piece. 3) Reconstruction Of A Stove Faced With Tiles With A Volume Of 0.74 M3 - 3 Pieces 4) Reconstruction Of The Kitchen Core With 2 Walls Faced With Rectangular Tiles With A Volume Of 0.46 M3 - 1 Pc. 5) Construction Of A Kitchen Core Type K-2 With A Volume Of 0.46 M3 - 1 Pc. 6) Construction Of Foundations For The Stove - 3 Sets. 7) Demolition Of Stoves Faced With Tiles - 5 M3 8) Replenishment Of The Floor After Dismantling The Stove - 5 M2 9) Replenishment Of Ordinary Plasters - 3 M2 10) Wiping Of Existing Plasters Within The Stoves - 2 M2 The Quantities Indicated Above For Individual Items Are Indicative And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party.4. The Execution Of The Order, For Each Part, Will Take Place On The Basis Of Individual Orders For The Execution Of Construction Works Issued In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Settled On An As-Built Basis Based On The Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer And The Number Of Completed And Accepted Works. 5. For Each Part, The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Orders Until The End Of The Contract Period For That Part Or Until The Funds It Intends To Allocate To Finance A Given Part Of The Order Are Exhausted, I.E. Pln 53,929.79 Gross. This Amount Is The Maximum Value Of The Contract For The Implementation Of A Given Part Of The Order And Will Be Entered In § 5 Section 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Must Be Ready To Complete The Order At Any Time, Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, I.E. He Must Have The Appropriate Number Of People To Start Executing Orders On The Dates Specified By The Ordering Party.7. The Works Will Be Accepted After Each Construction Work Is Completed In A Given Premises.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Instructions For Firing Stoves And Kitchen Cores And Hand Them Over To The Premises User With Acknowledgment Of Receipt. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Chimney Sweepers Opinion After Completing The Works, The Costs Of Which Should Be Included In Indirect Costs. 9. The Cost Of Securing The Room Where The Dumping Works Will Be Performed, As Well As The Removal And Disposal Of Rubble Should Be Included In Indirect Costs.10.
