The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Code 17 09 04 (Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Mentioned In The Codes: 17 09 01; 17 09 02; 17 09 03).2. Waste With The Code 17 09 04 Will Consist Of, Among Others, Various Types Of Plastics, Paper And Cardboard, Wood, Metal, Glass, Plaster, Mineral Waste, Rubble And, Above All, Various Types Of Used Building Materials And Interior Furnishing Elements Removed During Renovations.3. Waste Will Be Collected From The Areas Indicated In Point. 5 And Will Be Subjected To The Segregation Process And Managed On The Premises Of The Plant Indicated By The Contractor In A Manner Consistent With Generally Applicable Laws, Decisions And Provisions Contained In The Contract.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Process The Received Mixed Construction And Demolition Waste In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Provisions Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended)5. Waste Collection Will Take Place During The Working Hours Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points Located: A) Ul. Dęblińska 2, 24-100 Puławy (Monday - Friday 9:00-17:00, Saturday 8:00-14:00)B) Ul. Pożowska (In The Area Of The Registration Plot 1825/28, I.E. The First Entrance Gate Opposite The Lublin Agricultural Advisory Center), 24-130 Końskowola (Saturday 8:00-16:00) C) Borysów 6, 24-103 Żyrzyn (Saturday 7:00-15:00)D) Ul. Osiedle Szkolne 5C, 24-123 Janowiec (Friday 11:00-15:00)6. Waste Will Be Collected In Previously Provided By The Contractor Type Kp Containers With A Capacity Of 3.5-10 M3, Which Will Be Resistant To Possible Damage Related To Loading Of Heavy Waste That May Be Included In Waste Code 17 09 04 - The Ordering Party Will Not Be Liable For This Type Of Damage. In The Case Of Waste Collected Outside The Container, The Ordering Party Will Load This Waste. Transport Units Should Be Adapted To The Transport Of Waste And Have Durable Protection To Prevent Waste From Blowing Away Or Spilling Out During Transport. 7. Waste Collection Will Take Place From The Areas Indicated In Point. 5 On The Working Days And Hours Of Individual Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points, In The Amount Specified In The Sales Order Sent By The Ordering Partys Representative By E-Mail To The Contractors Representative. Collection Will Take Place Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Sending The Sales Order. The Documents Necessary To Transfer Waste In The Form Of A Waste Transfer Card Will Be Prepared By The Transferor (I.E. Zuk Puławy Sp. Z O. O., Końskowola Commune, Żyrzyn Commune, Janowiec Commune) Via An Individual Account In The Database On Products And Packaging And Waste Management (Bdo), In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended).
