Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Health Operation Details Repair inguinal hernia, under age 5 years, with or without hydrocelectomy Repair inguinal hernia, age 5 or over Orchiopexy, any type, with or without hernia repair One stage distal hypospadias repair (with or without chordee or circumcision): with urethroplasty by local skin flaps (e.g., flip-flap, preputial flap) One stage distal hypospadias repair (with or without chordee or circumcision): with simple meatal advancement (e.g., Magpie, V-flap) Tonsillectomy with or without adenoidectomy Strabismus Surgery To further improve access to essential health services for Syrian refugees and vulnerable Lebanese, Ghawth is launching a project to provide financial support for 215 pediatric surgeries in the Beirut and Bekaa region. Ghawth for Relief and Emergency is requesting through this tender Hospitals located in Beirut and Bekaa region to provide detailed written offers for Pediatric Surgeries The surgeries to be covered include: Inguinal hernia repairs Orchiopexy procedures Hypospadias repairs Tonsillectomies Adenoidectomy Strabismus Tender Budget: 150,500$ Eligibility: Bidders must be registered and licensed Hospitals in Lebanon. Bidders must be in Beirut and Bekaa Region. Bidders must send CVs, Certificate and Work Permission for each Doctor. How to apply Interested bidders must submit the completed tender documents and all required supporting documents by 20/08/2026 at 3:45 PM (Local Lebanon Time), from Monday to Thursday, between 8:00 AM and 3:45 PM, at the Ghawth office. Interested bidders should sign a bidder list and receive a tender receipt when submitting the tender. Two separate sealed envelopes (technical and financial) inside one big, sealed envelope should be submitted by hand in the tender box.
