The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of The Order Execution Are Included In The Attachments: 1) Bid Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz 2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 5 To The Swz 3. The Ordering Party Informs That In This Public Procurement Procedure, Specific Activities In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Subject Contract Will Not Consist In The Performance Of Work Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Offered, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 20), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision.5. Provision Of Support And Monitoring Services (If Applicable): A) In The Case Of The First Line Of Support, It Will Be Provided From The Territory Of The Member States Of The European Union Or The European Economic Area, B) In The Case Of The Second And Higher Line Of Support, It Will Be Provided From The Territory Of The Member States Of The European Union Or The European Economic Area, Unless The Ordering Party Each Time Consents To Support By Persons From Outside The Eea. 6. Use Of Cloud Solutions (If Applicable) The Contractor Will Ensure That: A) Data Will Be Processed And Stored Only Within The Territory Of The European Union Or The European Economic Area, B) There Is No Transfer Of Data Outside The Eea, C) The Location Of Data Centers Is Known And Possible To Indicate To The Ordering Party. 7.
