Request for proposals for Consultancy Services for the Development of High Integrity Digital Carbon Guidelines under GVCM26 Component 2: Green AI for All The Green AI for All project aims to identify and promote Green AI solutions while establishing a cooperation foundation to stimulate climate technology investment in developing countries. It responds to the need for robust digital approaches in carbon markets and scalable, technology-driven mitigation solutions. The project focuses on strengthening high-integrity digitalized carbon market frameworks, particularly through digital measurement, reporting and verification (dMRV) technologies aligned with Global Voluntary Carbon Market (GVCM) and Article 6 of the Paris Agreement requirements, while also identifying practical Green AI applications with strong emission reduction potential. By linking technology supply with country demand, the project seeks to unlock carbon finance opportunities and support the development of bankable climate projects.
