The selected Business will be responsible for delivering the following key outputs: 1. Campaign Performance Monitoring and Optimisation Framework: Develop a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the ongoing Phase I digital marketing campaign. 2. Capacity Building Programme: Design and deliver a practical training programme for SLTPB staff to build their capacity to independently apply and manage the campaign performance monitoring framework. 3. Market Intelligence Report for Phase II Source Markets: Conduct a comprehensive market intelligence study covering the Phase II source markets to inform the design and implementation of the next phase of Sri Lankas international marketing campaign.
