Upon Execution Of The Order, The Following Should Be Performed: Subscription Maintenance Of The Existing Information System For The Duration Of The Contract, According To The Technical Specification, Which Includes: Ensuring Continuous And Reliable Functioning Of The System; Prevention And Productivity Optimization; Diagnosis And Elimination Of Problems And Errors; Carrying Out Inquiries And Technical Inspections At The Request Of The Contracting Authority; Updating The System In Case Of Changes In The Regulations; Optimization Of The Server And Client Part (Database, Services, Inquiries And Functionalities); Restoration Of The System In The Event Of A Technical Failure, After A Backup Provided By The Contracting Authority; Ensuring Data Exchange With Other Systems; Telephone And E-Mail Consultations; Installation Of New Jobs And Training Of Employees Upon Request; Site Visits As Needed.
