1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Teaching Aids And Equipment For A New Kindergarten Department In The School And Kindergarten Complex In Czernica As Part Of The Implemented Project: Development Of Preschool Education In The Communes Of Czernica, Długołęka, Oleśnica (Rural Commune), Sobótka, Wisznia Mała, Zawonia And Żórawina.2) The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex 7 To Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 8 To Swz).3) The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel And Made Using Safe Technologies And Free From Any Rights Of Third Parties.4) The Delivered Equipment Must Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates Of Compliance With Eu Requirements - All Products That Require It Should Have The Necessary Current Safety Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law And Be Marked Ce.5) The Contractor Will Deliver (Including: Unloading, Carrying, Setting Up, Installing, Putting Into Operation, Training The Staff - Depending On The Type Of The Subject Of The Order) The Subject Of The Order To The Zsp Building In Czernica At Ul.
