Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for the Design and Supervision of Eight Schools in East Jerusalem. Service Location: Jerusalem Enabel, the Belgian development agency, is seeking qualified consultancy firms to provide design and works supervision services for eight schools in East Jerusalem. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1: Design and supervision of four schools located in the Old City, Wadi Al-Joz and Beit Hanina. Lot 2: Design and supervision of four schools located in Sheikh Jarrah, Al-Toor and Beit Hanina. Each lot includes: Design and preparation of tender documents. Works supervision and management. Interested tenderers may submit a tender for one or both lots. A tender must cover all items within the selected lot. Site Visits Participation in the site visits is optional but highly recommended: Lot 2: Wednesday, 19 August 2026, starting at 9:00 AM. Lot 1: Thursday, 20 August 2026, starting at 9:00 AM. The detailed schedule, school locations and GPS coordinates are provided in the tender specifications.
