Water Meters – Support For Efficient Management Of Water Resources In The Rusiec Commune. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Support For The Efficient Management Of Water Resources In The Rusiec Commune, Within Which The Following Tasks Will Be Carried Out: 1. A Water Supply Network Monitoring System Consisting Of Equipping Water Supply Connections In Residential Buildings, Business Premises, Public Utility Facilities And A Water Supply Station With Intelligent Measuring Devices With Communication Modules, Enabling A Comprehensive Analysis Of The Condition Of The Water Supply Network. The System Elements Include: A) Single-Jet Or Ultrasonic Water Meter, Equipped With A Radio Module For Remote Reading, Dn15 - 100 Pieces; B) Single-Jet Or Ultrasonic Water Meter, Equipped With A Radio Module For Remote Reading, Dn20 - 1628 Pieces; C) Ultrasonic Water Meter, Equipped With A Radio Module For Remote Reading Dn25 – 5 Pieces; D) Ultrasonic Water Meter, Equipped With A Radio Module For Remote Reading Dn40 - 5 Pieces; E) Software For Reading And Managing Data (Mobile Application And Management Platform) With A Reading Set (Smartphone, Scanner, Antennas, Head); 2. Scada System For Intelligent Management Of The Water Supply Network, Which Involves Measuring Key Sections Of The Network And Important Points, Such As Water Intakes, Which Will Lead To Optimization Of Water Transmission And Quick Detection Of Areas Of Excessive Consumption And Places Of Potential Failures, Efficiency Of Network Operation And Faster Removal Of Problems, Ensuring Its Appropriate Pressure And Quality. The Intelligent Water Network Management System Consists Of: A) Dn100 Screw Water Meter With A Gsm Recorder - 4 Pieces; B) Telemetry Set - 13 Sets; C) Monitoring System; 3. Geographic Information System (Gis) Enabling Central Management Of Data Regarding The Water Supply Network, Which Will Allow For Effective Management Of Water Resources, Keeping Records, Tracking Changes, Planning Maintenance And Quick Visualization And Location Of Network Objects And Events, Which Will Significantly Increase The Availability And Knowledge Of The Water Supply Infrastructure. The Gis System As An Organized Environment Will Include Server Software, With Multi-Station Access (Desktop) Via A Web Browser (Www) With A Central Database, For Entering, Collecting, Processing And Visualizing Spatial And Descriptive Data Enabling Central Management Of Data Regarding The Water Supply Network, Such As Pipe Location, Technical Parameters, Repair Histories Or Water Quality Data; 4. The Mathematical Model Of The Water Distribution System As A Virtual Representation Of The Network Will Allow The Use Of The Obtained Data When Making Decisions Regarding, For Example, The Expansion Or Modernization Of The Network, Which In Turn Will Optimize The Network Operating Conditions And Generate Savings, E.G. By Reducing The Costs Of Water Production. Having Information About The Operation Of The Water Supply System Is The Basis For Correct, Effective And Collection
