The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Drafting Of The Basic And Executive Project Of Works, Activities And Facilities; The Optional Construction Management, Plus The Health And Safety Coordination, Related To The Renovation Of The Senclusa Buildings, Included In Annex I Of The Technical Specifications, Which Contains The Graphic Description With Measurements And Planned Uses Of The Buildings That Make Up The Senclusa Military Complex And The Subject Of The Contract. The Need For This Contract Is Justified In The Report Issued By The Island Director Of Tourism Promotion And European Funds Of The Island Council Of Menorca Dated July 28, 2026 And Which Is Transcribed In The Specifications.
