The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm. 1. SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit 3No documents (1 original, 2 copies) in a SEALED ENVELOPE marked 2026 PRE-QUALIFICATION EXERCISE with LOT NUMBER boldly written and addressed to the Chief registrar, FCT High Court of Justice, Maitama, Abuja. The reverse side of each SEALED ENVELOPE should bear the name and address of the bidder and should be hand delivered on or before 12:00 noon Monday 24th August, 2026 to the office of; The Director Procurement, FCT High Court of Justice, Abuja, Plot 426, Tigris Crescent, Maitama, Abuja, FCT. 2. OPENING OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS The Pre-Qualification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noon on Monday 24th August, 2026 at the Ceremonial Court, High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in the presence of observers, bidders or their representatives. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Director Procurement, High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, as the Court will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 3. GENERAL INFORMATION i.Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorised by the bidder; ii.Late submissions will be returned unopened. iii.All cost will be borne by the bidders. iv.If any information provided is found to be false at any Stage of the exercise, it will lead to outright disqualification of the Firm/Company. v.This advertisement shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja nor shall it entitle the submitting Company to make any claims whatsoever or seek any indemnity from the Court by virtue of such Company having responded to this advert. vi.
