Airplanes - Motorized Light Training Aircraft 2.. The Task Of The Successful Bidder Is To Deliver And Put Into Operation (Without Registration) 2 New (Not Previously Used) Two-Seat Motor Light Training Aircraft As Described Below, To Train The User-Level Management And Maintenance Of The Aircraft (Daily Handling And Maintenance, Occupational Safety) For A Minimum Of 2 Hours And A Maximum Of 6 Hours For A Minimum Of 2 Hours And A Maximum Of 6 Hours, As Specified In The Public Procurement Documentation, At The Performance Location Specified By The Contracting Authority. The Technical Parameters Of The Motorized Light Trainer Aircraft To Be Delivered Will Be Made Available By The Contracting Authority As Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. The Two-Seat Motorized Light Training Aircraft (Hereinafter: Aircraft) Must Comply With The Requirements Of Commission Regulation (Eu) 2018/1139 And The European Airworthiness Standards Issued For Its Implementation. The Aircraft Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Airworthiness Issued By The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (Easa) Or Equivalent Compliance. The Aircraft With A Composite Structure, Upper Wing, T-Control Plane Arrangement Should Be Suitable For Pilot Training, Its Structure And The Dimensioning Of The Landing Gear Should Ensure That It Can Bear The Increased Stress And Load Typical Of Training Aircraft Types. The Aircraft Must Be Suitable For: - Basic And Advanced Training Of Aircraft Pilots; - To Perform Practice Flights; - For Economy Passenger Flights; - And For Towing Gliders. Equipment: The Onboard Instrumentation Of The Aircraft Should Be Designed With An Integrated Electronic Flight Instrument System (Glass Cockpit). The System Must Display At Least The Following Data: - Speed - Altitude - Vertical Speed - Artificial Horizon - Flight Direction - Navigation Information - Engine Operating Parameters - Fuel Quantity The Aircraft Must Have At Least The Following Equipment: - 8.33 Khz Radio - Mode S Transponder - Gnss Navigation - Flarm Or Ads-B Based Collision Avoidance System Technical Requirements: - Aircraft Length: 6–7 Meters - Wingspan: 11–13 Meters - Aircraft Height: Max. 2.2 Meters - Maximum Take-Off Weight: Max. 600 Kg - Fuel Capacity: Min. 90 Liters The Aerodynamic Design Of The Aircraft Ensures The Highly Efficient Wing Design, Which Enables Favorable Gliding Properties And Economical Passenger Flight. The Aircrafts Wingspan Should Be At Least 10, Its Glide Ratio Should Be At Least 12. Performance Requirements: - Stall Speed In Landing Configuration (Vs0): Max 90 Km/H - Cruising Speed: Min. 200 Km/H (At 65-75% Of Maximum Continuous Power) - Maximum Speed: Min. 245 Km/H - Climbing Capacity: Min. 5 M/S - Range: Min. 900 Km The Aircraft Should Provide Economical Passenger Flight Operation With An Average Fuel Consumption Of Up To 18 Liters Per Hour. The Aircraft Must Be Capable Of Safely Towing Gliders. Engine Requirements: The Aircraft Must Have A Four-Stroke Engine, Certified For The Purpose Of The Aircraft
