The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products Specified In The Assortment And Price Forms Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Including Sheets: A, B, C, D, E. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft/Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Deliver The Products Using Its Own Transport Adapted To Transport Food Products (In Accordance With Haccp) On Working Days During The Hours Indicated In The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Ordered Products, Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, I.E. Assortment And Price Forms (Attachments To The Offer Form No. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E (For Each Type), And Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz.
